Introducing Jesu and Jenna
Jenna: Hi, I’m Jenna Marx and um … this is really weird. Look at me, I’m blogging and I don’t even have a physical body. Okay about me. Well, I’m the main character from Dark Heirloom. I’m from Chicago, but I get kidnapped by Jalmari and taken to Finland where I’m then turned into a vampire. Or vampyre, I should say. Jen sent me to Hell and back in the first book … literally. It was crazy. And not to mention scary as … well … Hell.
So now I live in this huge castle … really. A castle. Think gothic arches, gargoyles, the works. *Laughs* Who knew I’d go from the slums of the city to that? *shrug*
Jesu, the blue looking guy you’ll meet in a minute, is also a vampire, but he’s pretty cool as far as vampires go. He’s … nice. Yeah, that’s the word. I mean, at least he’s trying to help me figure this mess out. I just … I just need to stop drinking blood around him. It makes me do weird things. Things I wouldn’t normally do ….
~*~*~*~
Jesu: Yenna, you will learn to control the bloodlust in time. Do not worry. And … you know I do not mind the after effects so much.
Hello humans. I am called Jesu ta Korento. I am Jalmari’s younger brother and second prince of the Neo-Draugrian clan. Being a prince has its benefits and makes up for being a vampire (as opposed to being a vampyre, which is a higher title in our society). However, I am happy to let my brother worry about the politics of running a clan as large as ours. He has proven himself more than worthy of the position.
As Jenna said, I spend my nights helping her learn to control her new powers and her thirst. She is improving, but there is still so much for her to learn about our world and she must learn it fast.
~*~*~*~
Jenna: Ugh. Again with the “you must learn to defend yourself” speech. *Rolls eyes*
~*~*~*~
Jesu: … it is for your own good, Jenna. Everyone should know how to defend themselves.
~*~*~*~
Jenna: I just don’t see why it’s necessary. I mean, the blood drinking part, yeah, I’d love to nick that in the bud. But the other stuff? *Shakes head*
~*~*~*~
Jesu: You do realize you might still be human if you had known how to defend yourself before all this happened, right? May I finish my part of the blog now?
~*~*~*~
Jenna: Fine.
~*~*~*~
Jesu: Thank you. As I was saying, I spend my nights helping Jenna. During the day, I pass the hours painting in my room or reading.
~*~*~*~
Jenna: And by reading, he means finding 10,000 paged text books bound in rubber bands for me to study…
~*~*~*~
Jesu: *Sigh* May I be excused?
~*~*~*~
Jenna: And so, in conclusion, Jesu is going to stuff vampire knowledge down my throat until I choke on it.
~*~*~*~
Jesu: I would never choke you. I would never even dream of hurting you. You know that right?
~*~*~*~
Jenna: Jesus Chri --. It’s called sarcasim, Jesu. On that note, I think I’m done blogging for today.
~*~*~*~
Jesu: Yes, so am I. We should get some flying practice in before the dawn.
~*~*~*~
Jenna: *Groans* Oh, here we go …

Hello there. It is nice to meet the both of you, again. I’m pretty sure Lucas has met you both during the after MarNo party on WDC, but hard to remember. Has been a long time since then. Looking forward to hearing more from you two in the future.

Dawn, hi! I’m glad you’re liking the blog so far. I do remember Lucas! Perhaps he would like to be a guest speaker some day.

I think I could talk Lucas into being a guest. He can use a distraction once he’s done moving. Being a demon has its issues. hehehe
